You retain ownership of your manuscript and original content. By using our services, you grant us the limited rights necessary to perform those services (e.g., editing, design, distribution). Our branding, website content, and materials remain our property.
Payment terms will be specified in your quote or contract. Refund and cancellation policies apply as stated in those documents. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BooksLake shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.
